Owner Montana Masback makes damn good use of his name at this Appalachian restaurant in Bushwick, with a full-on backwoods cabin feel, topped with bare wooden rafters, a luncheonette-style counter, and a small menu of noshes like baked eggs and grits with bacon, collard greens, and cave-aged cheddar and a fried chicken biscuit with honey butter and the house hot sauce.
