When it first opened at the Chelsea Market, we were somewhat skeptical. Some of the inventory wasn't terribly fresh, and the store seemed deserted most of the time. What a difference a few years can make! Now Buon Italia carries a tremendous selection of dried pasta, fresh pasta, meats and cheeses, speciality items and candies, in addition to great prepared foods.
