Chef Mazen Mustafa brings an ingredient-driven approach to the menu at Blenheim. The farm-to-table offerings are sourced from the 150-acre farm in the Catskills that shares Blenheim’s name. Owners Morten Sohlberg and Min Ye split their time between the wilds of Manhattan and the tranquility of the Catskills working closely with the staff to put together a menu that reflects their commitment to sustainable and responsible agriculture.
