Meditation Sessions: October 8 & October 22, 2024 | 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Location: Gallery Particulier, 281 Maple St, Brooklyn, NY 11225

Brooklyn, NY – This October, Gallery Particulier will host two unique community meditation sessions on October 8 and October 22, 2024, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Led by Arabella von Arx, these sessions will blend meditation techniques inspired by shamanism with the power of contemporary art.

These free sessions offer participants the opportunity to explore personal issues and access subconscious tools through techniques such as visualization. Arabella von Arx shares her thoughts: “As we slow down and ground ourselves, participants will find calm while surrounded by the vibrant works of local artists. The serene setting of Gallery Particulier becomes a sanctuary, where we are invited to share silence in a culture that rarely offers such moments.”

Arabella von Arx will guide attendees on a journey of inner exploration and collective stillness, drawing on ancient shamanic practices to help individuals uncover personal insights. Together, we will embrace the art, the silence, and the sense of community in this beautiful and intimate setting.
