Bryant Park Yoga presented by CALIA with Kira Willey

This summer, our free Tuesday morning yoga class is back on the Upper Terrace! Please register for each class and bring your own mat (the park does not provide yoga mats). We also recommend bringing water and a towel. Our yoga classes are appropriate for all levels of practice.

Kira is a kids’ yoga & mindfulness expert, children’s music artist, and author of seven children’s mindfulness books, including the bestselling Breathe Like a Bear. Songs from her seven albums of yoga & mindfulness songs for kids have been streamed more than 50 million times; her music has won numerous Parents’ Choice Gold and International Songwriting Awards. Kira created and hosts two kids’ yoga programs that air on PBS TV affiliates nationwide, and her TEDx talk, “Bite-Sized Mindfulness for Kids,” can be viewed online. Everything Kira creates stems from her strong belief that movement, music, and mindfulness can empower children to be their best selves–strong, capable, healthy, and happy.
